You keep the rights to any images or text you use with our tools. You are responsible for making sure you have permission to use them, especially if you share a result publicly.

Do not use Spectragen to break the law, to harass others, or to attempt to disrupt or damage the site.
5. Intellectual property
The Spectragen name, logo, site design, and tool code are our property. You may share the result cards that our tools create.
6. No warranty
The tools are provided "as is". Color, contrast, and other results are guidance, not professional advice. For accessibility compliance, check with a qualified expert.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spectragen is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site.
